WAIPARA SPRINGS

Waipara Springs is one of the Southern Boundary Wines Brands, a sister brand of Waipara Downs. Waipara Springs is located in north of Christchurch and was established in 1990. Their 26 hectare vineyard has some of the oldest Mendoza clone Chardonnay in New Zealand, first planted in 1982, as well as a mix of Pinot Noir, Riesling, Gewurtraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris.

All the grapes used in their wines are from thess Waipara Valley vines. The Waipara Springs range of wine usually present a classic fruit-driven style which New Zealand wines are known for.
